I am disillusioned and have no idea what to do with my life, but my two passions in life are writing and travel. I purpose, if I can save up the money, to travel to every single place in Patricia Schultz’s book “1,000 Places to See Before You Die” while writing a blog or a book while doing it. I thought if I do it I’ll call it… “The 1,000 places I visited before I died”. What do you think?

1. Bermuda Luxury Beach Resort. This great vacation destination is located just 2 hours from New York City. This is even more true if you live on the East Coast because of the close proximity. We like the Ariel Sands resort. if offers gourmet food with 47 guest rooms and breathtaking views.

2. Jamaica. Visit this great destination and experience seclusion and romance. Here in the Caribbean you will discover splendid views and unique rooms. Surprisingly enough you will also find gourmet cuisine, amazing vistas and beaches. Take a look at the Caves resort for an excellent beach vacation idea.

3. Lakeside Resort Georgia Near Atlanta Georgia. If you have never heard of the Lake Lanier islands then now is your chance to visit them. There you will find an excellent golf course and a host of amazing water park activities. These include slides, water rides and other water attractions. of course this place is very family friendly.

4. Hawaii. Almost anywhere in Hawaii is a good idea. Come to the The Kona Village Resort and experience family fun in a tropical background. Once there besides the lovely beaches, perfect weather you can also enjoy: fishing, tennis, sailing, volleyball, snorkeling, scuba diving and of course the glass bottom boat tour.

I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve lived in my house for only about 5 months now. This summer a couple of my friends and I want to travel somewhere but we’re all low on cash. So people, any good ideas of where we could go and what we could do?

Why not take a serious look into the three choices given below for some great beach vacation get-aways? Take your time and do the necessary research on them and we think you will agree that they are all excellent in one way or another.

1.  Oahu Beach. When you go on a vacation at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental your  expectations for luxury pampering should be high. While you are there you can  swim with the dolphins, visit one of the many spas or maybe take scuba diving  lessons. Best of all the resort is located a mere fifteen minutes from Waikik  Beach and Honolulu.

2.  Virgin Islands. By choosing to go to this magnificent destination you will  be able to enjoy sandy beaches and very blue water. While you are there the St.  Thomas resorts and the Ritz Carlton are some of the best luxury hotels to  consider on your beach vacation in the Virgin Islands.

3.  Half Moon Bay. Located in California with about an half an hour drive by car  from San Francisco. The Ritz Carlton property (Half Moon Bay) is an excellent  choice for a quick beach vacation. It offers a maximum of luxury, yet it is not  far to get too.

Sometimes given all of the options it can be difficult to choose a beach vacation destination. Keep in mind there are quite a few vacation spots you may like. It really comes down to what you want to do once you get there. We will look at two ideas you can use to decide on your next vacation.

1. Hawaiian Resort. Why not use your frequent flier miles and take a vacation on the beaches of Hawaii?. Once you arrive you can of course get in the ocean, play golf, hang out on the beach or maybe get some special treatment at one of the many spas. Hawaii has some of the most gorgeous weather in the whole world – making it a premier destination for your vacation.

2. Georgia Popular (East Coast). You can vacation at the Cloister at Sea island. This wonderful beach vacation spot offers sandy beaches, a lovely 54 hole championship golf course and a large number of relaxing vacation things for you to do. It really comes down to what you enjoy doing and what you prefer.

California is a perfect place to go for family, there are many destinations that the whole family would enjoy.

Family Travel in Monterey Bay Aquarium

Monterey Bay Aquarium is an ideal family travel vacation with its wide array of sea creatures to amuse visitors of any age. Their exhibits have gotten numerous awards, including animals such as giant octopus, various sharks, otters, and jellyfish, among others. The place is known for its many aquariums, which your family can explore through their aquarium map. Hollywood

Hollywood has city passes for the whole family travel, consisting of day tours in museums like Behind-the-Scenes, Hollywood Entertainment Museum, the Hollywood Wax Museum, among many others. Hollywood Studios is the location of many film classics, such as Jaws, with rides and various souvenir stores. You can also take bus tours and view homes of the stars in the Los Angeles area for your destinations, and check out the world famous Walk of Fame and find the footprint of your favorite stars.

San Francisco City destinations

The heart of downtown San Francisco offers much more than shopping, with its numerous restaurants, lively culture, and many things to see. Ideal for a long weekend family travel, first time visitors like you can book yourself at the many destinations in the city and spend the days exploring various landmarks such as Pier 39, or treat your family to world class chocolate at Ghirardelli Square. San Francisco is known for its Golden Gate, world renowned destinations. There is also the San Francisco Zoo, for a nature trip within the city. Also check out the Alcatraz Island boat tours, Napa Valley Wine, the famed Lombard Street, Cable Car Rides, and the vintage Haight Street.

There are good reasons to buy from a developer. There are many reputed companies that have ventured into timeshare business like Marriot, Disney, and Hilton etc. When you are buying through a resale market there is a margin of doubt whether your investment is secured or not and the trust factor is low. Where as the timeshare developers spend fortunes in the development of timeshares and have great reputation and thus can be easily trusted. On the other hand these benefits may not be available to you if you bought your timeshare through resale market as many developers does not allow timeshare resale units with same amenities compared to those who bought directly from them. Also the developers usually offer many financing options that you may not get if you buy from a resale market.

My first trip to Spain and just the packing of my bags gets me excited and motivated to jump on the plane. During my first visit, I plan to see as much of the country as possible. I want to not only see the culture, but I want to learn about the history of the various communities and providences, as well as learn the traditions of each of the regions.
This may be a large undertaking for my first visit, but I am well prepared.

My first stop is going to be Barcelona the capital of Catalonia. This city even hosted the olympics back in 1992. It has tons of museums, stadiums, Art galleries, and even gothic quarter’s made famous by Gaudi’s Barcelona. With more than 2,000 years of art and architecture, Barcelona is still a prime location for design. Since my major was architecture, I am very interested and excited to be visiting this city in Spain.

Bullfighting is also another popular sport of the country that I find intriguing and disturbing at the same time. I have never seen this take place in real life so I plan on learning about the origination of this tradition as well. Perhaps, even turn it into a documentary.

Madrid, being right smack in the middle of Spain, will also be a central location for my travels. Madrid is known as one of the most vibrant cities in Europe, and has tons of cultural learning opportunities form it’s many cafe’s, bars, posh boutiques, and even a medieval Madrid.

I believe a lot of my time will be spent wandering around these two cities, but because I have an extended trip, I do plan on going to various others cities with the other providences to explore the cultural variety that Spain has to offer.

The scenario was totally different a decade ago when the buyers used to buy timeshares through timeshare presentations hosted by timeshare developers. The decisions taken to buy timeshares were mostly based on one’s impulse rather than research and analysis. But with the advent of internet auction sites a user has more powerful tools to research the prices in advance even if he is going to a presentation. It doesn’t matter where your vacation is, having the freedom of a car hire really makes the difference between an average and a great time. Those who choose to stay in self-catered accommodation and are saving money by cooking for themselves will like the convenience of having a car available for those supermarket visits.

It’s not just the ease of food shopping that a hire car affords, there is also the ability to set off at a moments notice and explore the island. Whilst there are many tour operators that can give you some good tours, there is nothing better than just setting out in your own vehicle and seeing what there is about the place.
